At Qoacher, we provide personalized coaching services and digital programs that begin processing immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of our work — including time-based access, content delivery, and human effort — all services are non-refundable.
By placing an order, you confirm your understanding that refunds will not be issued under any circumstance related to dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or perceived outcomes.
Non-Refundable Services
Qoacher does not offer refundsfor any of the following reasons:
You believe the service did not meet your personal or professional expectations
You decide not to complete or engage with the coaching program
You change your mind after payment
You misunderstood the scope, purpose, or style of the service
You no longer wish to participate for any reason, including personal or scheduling issues
Once a service is purchased, the allocation of time, system access, and human preparation begins — making the service non-reversible.
Refunds for Technical Errors
Refunds are only possible in the rare event of a proven technical mistakerelated to the payment process. Because Qoacher services are initiated after receiving payment via manual wire transfer,users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment.
Duplicate payment was made for the same service (confirmed by matching amount, date, and reference)
Incorrect recipient details were provided by us resulting in your funds being misrouted or not delivered
You were instructed to pay for a service you did not request, due to a documented miscommunication or technical error on our side
Payment confirmation was not recognized due to a system failure on our end, despite funds being received
Refunds will not be issued for errors arising from:
Mistakes in the amount, reference, or account number entered by the user
Payments sent to incorrect accounts not provided by Qoacher
Delays caused by intermediary banks or currency conversion discrepancies
All refund requests related to technical errors must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date and include full transaction proof.
